Escape The Rate Race

As a mum working full time, I was always on the move. The move to get to work by 7am, the move to handle all their extra activities after school, to get dinner ready and get them ready for bed. It made me pause and think? When I grow older, what would give me more joy? I knew my answer and then I said to myself - No More Rat Race! That was the beginning of my making conscious choices that I have never regretted.
